Yale Forklifts NZ - SG Equipment is always on the look out for skilled and motivated mechanics to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are seeking competent, qualified mechanics who enjoy problem-solving, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a positive team, where hard work is recognised and supported.

Ideally, applicants will have:

• Experience repairing and servicing forklifts or heavy material handling equipment
• A trade qualification, or a minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant industry experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to work independently in the field and within the workshop when required
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable track record
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to think laterally
• Good record-keeping and administration skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Applicants must:

• Be a New Zealand Citizen or hold New Zealand Residency
• Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence
• Have good knowledge of the local area they will be working in
